The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction. The Operator takes its age-verification obligations seriously and uses KYC processes to confirm User age before accounts are fully activated.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that an Account has been registered by a minor, or that Personal Data has been submitted by a person under 18, we will immediately suspend the Account, reverse any deposits where possible and delete the associated Personal Data, subject to any legal obligation to retain records related to the investigation.

The Operator and its Data Processors may store or process Personal Data in countries outside Pakistan. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed outside Pakistan.
